This year, we bring a renewed focus through SEGAR (Standard Etika Guru & Amalan Responsif) because strong leadership begins with strong values and consistent practices.

Over 3 meaningful days, principals will:
- Revisit and strengthen ethical standards in leadership
- Build responsive and intentional practices within teams
- Realign daily operations with the values of Little Caliphs
- (Upcoming) Explore elements of safe and conducive environments for our kindergartens
